Local elections coming up. Will they make any difference ?

Well,,,, literally in the last half hour I have filled in me postal vote dooings, and I have voted Reform for both the local and mayoral candidates

It won’t make any difference whoever you vote for. The councillors have no control over the council whatever political party they are members of.
Their job is to support their ward residents. They don’t do that.

Are Mayors a waste of money example being Mayor of London.

No, especially in towns and cities where one party dominates a Council

Wigan being a example and perhaps the reason why the many of the electorate do not vote as they see it as being a waste of time!
